Somehow a day wouldn't pass without me having some sort of out-of-body experience...either because I'm sleepy in class, or if I'm sleeping awake and envisioning myself in my fantasies.
I couldn't help sleeping late at night facing my computer(ike now, when I'm supposed to sleep earlier than usual cuz there will be a hanay tomorrow, and we should be there before 6am, or else.) and end up all drowsy the other day. I know its a bad habit and someone told me that it only takes 16 days to start a new habit and thousands of days to break a bad one. I'm making very small progress as my bed time didn't change, but at least my routine shifted. I no longer watch TV and search for projects first before opening my online accounts. Its actually a great help, as you also learn to exercise resisting temptation even if its screaming in neon lights.
Daydreaming has been so normal to me that sometimes I consider my brain to be sleeping and being taken into somewhere ethereal...where no exams exist for I don't believe in the power of a standard grade set by some curriculum. I believe that a grade should be given according to the student's own pace, understanding and interpretation. That's a problem nowadays. Things tend to get sooo uniform and have this "this-is-what's-acceptable-and-what-you-should-gain" concept.
Too bad its only in dreams I get to murder my most hated subjects. Heck, dreams do come true right? I could only hope that daydreaming counts.trisha flew at 6:17 AM
